How to create an account

To create an account, simply sign up via the link below:

https://www.autumna.co.uk/userprofile/sign-up/

Simply enter the information you see above to create your account.

Once you have clicked sign up, you will have to check your email for confirmation.

In your email, you should receive an email with the subject heading 'Autumna User Registration Activation'. 

Simply click on that and click on the hyperlink you see to activate your account.

If successful, it should tell you the activation was a success. You can then choose to start searching for care providers if you're a care seeker, or you can choose to claim access to your profile if you're a provider.
